The staff communicated in excellent English in our email conversations, the check in process consisted of an email telling me the lock box code for the key box, and the building and room looked exactly as pictured. The room was clean, well kept, and comfortable. The small one burner kitchenette would be nice for travelers looking to save a yen or two on food, but the area around the station has a great variety of great places to eat, a supermarket, and even a KFC and McD’s (with a Mister Donut inside if you want coffee and donuts for breakfast). Only two stops from Namba you are five minutes to the center of the action in Osaka. For those wanting a great place to stay, right in the center of things, but in a quiet neighborhood, this is it.
