I was booked at concourse C, but since I arrived so late, they late me stay at a closer location to my departure gate. That was greatly appreciated. They also let me stay 1 hour longer.

The only bad thing about this property was finding the front desk in the airport at midnight. We wasted an hour being told go upstairs, go downstairs, go around and around. If we were just told, it is very near GATE 16! That would have saved so much time. It was a great port in the storm to catch some sleep on a long layover. We would stay there again.
Quick story, I thought I left something in the room, I went back 15 minutes after check out and someone was already in the room...

It was quick and cheap sleep pods.
Nice
But the location is extremely far from most gates.
My gate was A and the location of this was at C.
It took me almost 25 min walk

Everything about the sleepover was good and well organized. I really enjoyed it. The only small thing I wished for was having a hot drink available, like tea.

It was good but I think it's a bit overpriced compared to normal hotel rooms which are bigger and has attached toilets

Do not stay here unless you’re traveling on Emirates. They don’t tell you that you cannot access the room if you’re flying on other airlines. Beware of their deceptive practices. They refused to refund my stay after I could not access terminal 3.

Great staff. The location was a bit tricky to find, but it was a good stay, reflective of the money spent on it.
