Our stay was disappointing. I understand the hotel is under construction, but the parking situation was extremely frustrating. Every time we needed our car, we had to wait more than 15 minutes for the valet to retrieve it. Because of the delay, we missed one of our tours and had to wait another hour and a half for the next one. Paying $40 per night for valet service with those kinds of delays was unacceptable.
When I brought the issue to the front desk, there was no compensation or effort to make things right, which was very disappointing. As a member, I chose this hotel over several other options because I expected a better experience and better customer service. For the price we paid, I believe some form of compensation for the inconvenience would have been appropriate.
To make matters worse, our room was on the fifth floor next to the ice machine, which was noisy throughout our stay. Overall, this experience did not meet the standards I expected.

The in-room coffee was outstanding. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We had a place to store our bikes. Parking was easy. Next door. Location was great for walking. The restaurant was fine.

We really enjoyed this hotel. We travel a lot, and the quality and price point were well worth it. LoKation was amazing. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. The rooms were super clean and well designed so that you could unpack or not, and have easy access to your luggage. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed our two nights there the bar staff was nice as well at the end of the day. It was nice to have a place to drink.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Downtown Boston. Great location, lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Room was perfect with large shower and extremely comfortable beds.
We came back to our room at about midnight and discovered the sockets were not working so we couldn't charge our phones etc. One quick call to reception and they were fixed within about 2 or 3 minutes.

A clean, well appointed hotel in a good location. Helpful staff. We didn't take advantage of the bikes or gym. We were a little concerned about street noise, but the windows blocked most of it.

The staff was exceptional! They were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful and perfectly located for everything. The room was comfortable-both the size and the bed!

Very nice hotel in a good location. Givel that this is a soccer championship, the place (Boston) is packed. You get what you pay for in a Hilton - greAt service, clean modern rooms.
