Get the balcony!

Great location and tiny but a nice room w a little balcony

Everything was great, place was extremely small (I’m from the US) and they only had a badly working steamer & not an iron… I ended up throwing clothes in shower to steam out but they were very nice & let me borrow a power convergent for the outlets, I would stay again if I could grab a bigger room

From the moment I arrived, the room was immaculate, featuring crisp linens and a spotless bathroom. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding staff. Every team member was warm, professional, and eager to help with a smile. Their exceptional service and dedication to cleanliness made for a flawless stay.

Great location, perfect room for a single traveler. The AC was not functioning properly during the hottest days in France. A lot of foot traffic in front of the building at night carried over into my room.

I’ve never given a bad review before but we had a pretty bad experience with one of the staff. I’m 28 and was in the service industry for 8 years so I always try to be understanding. We came back from a day out and we a LOT of ants come in through a crack in the bathroom wall. They were crawling all over our bathroom stuff so I asked to move to a room with no crack so we wouldn’t have the ant problem. The nice gentleman moved us and told us it would be temporary and would let us know where we would move next as a more permanent room. We went to bed because we had to get up and leave somewhat early for our Versailles appointment (an hour trip away including the walking). We are getting ready to leave and I call down about our safe and that’s when they say we need to be packed up and out of the room before we leave even though we were leaving at that moment for our Versailles tour. We asked if we could pack after since the guy that moved us said he’d tell us more in the morning but we hadn’t heard anything and had to be at Versailles soon. The current receptionist was super rude and said no. She said she was going to call us and update us at 10am but we got up before she could call. My boyfriend and I rushed to repack all of our stuff and rushed to versaille to almost miss our tour. She was beyond rude and didn’t care that no one had told us we had to be packed up first thing even though the only reason we moved was all the ants we had in our room. Would look elsewhere

Had a wonderful 5 night stay at Stella in June during the heatwave in a family room on the ground floor. Spacious for a family of 3 - with a safe, mini fridge and kettle which was a nice surprise. Extremely well located - steps to subway and you can see l’arc de triomphe from the front step of the hotel. Many restaurants in the area and the Eiffel Tower was a 20 min walk. Cool, crisp air conditioning and an elevator. Staff were wonderful. Would go back anytime.

Great staff was very helpful, a lot to do close by. Would stay there again!!

This tiny apartment is all about the location. to be able to look at your window and see the arc de triumph was perfect and the staff was incredibly friendly from keeping our keys for us each time we went out to making sure we understood how to use the Metro. The rooms are extremely tiny, but as long as you’re prepared for that, you will have a wonderful experience. I would stay here again.
