The room temperature was stuck at 15°C all night, making the room freezing cold and impossible to sleep in. We contacted the hotel multiple times during the night and were told it was “fresh air,” but no effective action was taken. The engineering team was supposedly informed, yet no one came to fix the issue. We checked out exhausted and later became sick due to the conditions. For a property calling itself a luxury hotel, this level of comfort and response is completely unacceptable. Poor temperature control, lack of urgency from staff, and failure to resolve a basic issue ruined our stay. I have raised a complaint with Expedia and requested a refund.

Absolutely Stunning

My stay here at the bentley was everything that I could have.Imagined it to be everything is five star.Luxury services experiences all of the above even the blow dryer.And iron are of bentley!! Staff is super friendly and helpful and a big thank you to Timothy for making my stay feel extra nice and safe. I had the suite which it literally, the size of an apartment comes with a kitchen all at two in one washer dryer, bedroom, bathroom and a slide bathroom, living room, dining room kitchen as well.Oven stove fridge. Daily breakfast is plentiful, fresh and it changes every day. I had the Al Jazeer restaraunt downstairs and it was delicious as well. I wish I could have used the pool more than once. But it was so quaint and relaxing. And there's plenty of room in space for a lot of people. But the day I went, it was not too crowded. Gym is upgraded with top of the art machines. It really feels exclusive.
