This place was beautiful, spacious, clean and conveniently located but the checkin process was a nightmare! We had to call to get the code to enter the building and then it was wrong. After 4 or 5 phone calls we finally got in. That alone may deter me from booking it again on future trips.

Beautiful room that was within close proximity to everything. Several restaurants nearby. Will definitely consider this place in the future.

We had a wonderful stay!!! We had a 2 bedroom/1 bath. It was perfect for our family of 4. We used the sofa bed for one of our kids. It is a very easy location to get to everything. The common area had a grand piano that my son liked playing. Beautiful terrace/garden areas. Easy to get extra towels etc.

良い We paid for early check in for noon and weren’t able to access until after 2pm but then locked out again until 4pm. There were no sheets blankets for sofa sleeper…didn’t feel like we got what we paid for or expected

少しがっかり The check process was very inconvenient. It was the worst part of the stay. I had to speak with 2 representatives before I was finally granted access into the property. I stood outside in front of the property for at least 20 minutes before I was able to get access. I was questioned buy numerous individuals entering and as it building as if I didn't belong there. I booked this particular place because it said free parking. When I arrived there was no parking. They suggested that I park in a garage a block away. I had literally six bags to carry. The apartment was nice. However, the seats on a bed have brown stains on them. The shower had here from the previous guest.in it. The floors weren't swept thoroughly as they should have been.

Had all the features we were looking, toaster, frying pan, coffee maker,etc. the only thing that could have made it outstanding would have been having had a working pin for the building entry keypad on arrival. A phone call quickly sorted that out. Enjoyed our stay at Roami on factor row, and felt the location has an excellent walking score
