This was the be of my favorite properties on a multi-city trip. This hotel is so unique. It's quiet, updated, impeccably clean. The beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. Wish we stayed longer it was so nice!

I usually never write reviews but their service, hospitality and kindness makes this the best experience I could ask for, especially for my first time in Essen, Germany. The area is quaint and connected to a neighborhood that makes it feel welcoming and authentic. But the staff is what makes this place shine, they are the heart of my stay and went out of their way to make sure I always felt at home.
