The room was clean , but the water wasn’t hot enough to take shower, they didn’t have a conditioner and hairdryer. In the room there was only one towel,I had to request for more. They serve the breakfast too late , starting 8:30 which is late. The reception told me I can have some coffee and breakfast earlier than 8:30 but there was nobody in the restaurant, technically he lied. I asked for refund since there was nobody there to serve breakfast and he deigned. The outlet in the room wasn’t working, so I had to use the outlet in the bathroom which was inconvenient. And I found it pretty pricey since this hotel was awful.

Room was not ready when we arrived at 10:30pm despite reservation a week+ prior. Room was fine, clean and basic.

Ac was not working, the linen was dirty and it felt quite unhygienic but the staff was friendly.

近くにお店がたくさんあるので便利な立地でした。全てにおいて普通なホテルでした。 ドライヤーはありません。

The hotels is good staff are charming we really enjoy our stay

In the center of all the hustle and bustle of Old Dubai, very close to Gold souk. Hotel condition is like you get what you pay for. I only stayed there because I needed a place for few hours before I caught my late night flight.
