We enjoyed our stay. The property is absolutely beautiful and staff was welcoming. Our room was rather small but comfortable with well stocked essentials. Great location. They also offered bikes for use.

Staff members who stood out and went that extra mile were José and Zoe. Both very welcoming and super friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Our stay was fabulous. Room was spotless. Bed super comfy. Highly revommendedhotel

No one who is physically challenged or a solo traveller should stay at this hotel. The reception closes at 9 pm with staff then no longer in the building including no security. The internal premises are left in the dark with low visibility. The entry door to be used after 9 pm is very difficult to open. I tried for 15 minutes on my first night of staying. Finally got assistance to open door from a woman walking her dog. She tried opening the door for 5 minutes before being successful. This was definitely a security issue for me and I felt very unsafe. I am mobility challenged so faced stairs to climb. The restaurant was also not open for dinner for me entire stay. I will never stay again at this hotel. I have been frequently visiting Gouda since 1993.

Excellent hotel! I love the decor and little details that made our stay comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed. We enjoyed breakfast buffet with made to order egg dishes. Very charming place. I highly recommend this hotel.
