Absolutely gem of an apartment. Huge and so neat. Also very accessible to pretty much everything. Really loved our stay here.

First time at this hotel. Hotel staff sent me msg way before my holiday and asked if I have any special needs which it was amazing. It was a bit complicated to find out hotel as Venice streets are narrow and crowded.ones we get there everything goes easier. We stayed at apartment style where it was next to the canal and the view was epic bathroom beds and welcoming gifts were nice touch. Hotel staff members were amazingly helpful and friendly. Air conditioning was ok enough to keep us cool. Breakfast was very weak, I believe coz of the space. There were very little selection of food but waiters were very ready to make it smooth and easy. Location was great and walkable to every good spot in Venice. Overall our room was lovely service was good.

Bad breakfast

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of options. The view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Luka, who went above and beyond by helping us carry our luggage upstairs. That level of kindness and service truly stood out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

We were upgraded to the “apartment on the grand canal” which was the best view/location; however, the layout and condition were interesting. The view and the private dock were such a nice touch and a very welcomed surprise. The bathroom was modern and bright and very far away from the bed! The apartment rooms separated by curtains and the entry way into the apartment are through what appears to be a storage room with glass doors to the outside which do not lock. The room safe is not bolted or attached to anything or even enclosed. The restaurant patio to neighbouring Venice M’Art is right outside the window and very loud into the night. If you stay out late this will not bother you. All in all the location is great and the staff upon checking in was very lovely. There was no breakfast included and were told that breakfast was available with three bookings but that coffee would be an additional cost and not included. Overall it was a good place.

Amazing

From the moment you enter you are greeted by the concierge who was very helpful and kind. Everyone who worked there was very nice and informative and there to help if you needed. The room was excellent and clean and the view was spectacular. I will be recommending to everyone I know. Thank you very much for making our stay so lovely!

They all were simply amazing. I would recommend staying here if you visit Venice

Excellent hotel apartment, beautiful! View to the canal. Clean, great service from Marco. The hotel has AC which is great in the summer. Unfortunately there is no laundry in the apartment. It has kitchen and a beautiful and spacious bathroom. Very safe.
