Lobby and terrace were excellent. Breakfast, room service, staff, were excellent. Room quality was excellent. Beds/mattress the best I have slept on. The bathroom and toilet are separate enclosures. One major complaint: the bathroom and toilet have foggy glass windows, looking into the room - a terrible design, I was staying with my daughter, and had to keep the lights off when using the shower or the toilet. Also, the shower is outside the tub, that makes the floor totally wet, the next person has to go through the wet floor to get to the tub, and impossible to change clothes in the bathroom. The door handles on the inside the toilet were broken or missing.

Room was clean and big the staff were good the breakfast was excellent the health club was excellent the swiming pool was good

The staff were amazing, always friendly and very helpful.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, restaurant was excellent. Gym was well equipped and quite early in the morning. Great location too.

Room was spotless clen. Everyone was very friendly and did everything to accommodate any request and help with all questions.

Immaculate rooms and extremely friendly staff

They welcome me back warmly every time i get there and it's so nice to see everyone again who i've known for years. Hospitality has been always up to the highest level and i always recommend my friends and family to visit this place. Absolutely love it there. I hope to see everyone again soon! Beautiful hotel, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, spotless rooms, the housekeeping was flawless and really flexible around our requirements. The food (room service and restaurants) was delicious and the roof top restaurant / bar had a great atmosphere for either dinner or end of the night drinks. My only disappointment was that the pool never had sun, it was fully in the shade all day everyday. Also, we paid for a city skyline view room, the view was breathtaking, however due to the development and intense work site noise happening on the road facing us, it wasn’t hugely enjoyable sitting on the balcony.
