We spent very nice 5 five days together with my husband! The staff were so polite and helpful! We would like to come back again! Thank you!

I was very disappointed by the hotel. The room has very bad lighting, the internet wifi signals are so weak that phone wont connect. The cleaninv staff is poorly trained. They entered the room without waiting for reply after the knocking and said Sorry Sorry and they did it to both of my rooms. The hotel staff pushes you to get set menu for dinner. And when you dont like what you see they get upset. So much attitude and ego the staff has. They are serving pork which was highly expected. The overall experience was very poor i would not recommend this to anyone specially . I only got this place due to expedia description. At the checkout time their credit card machine did notnwork

A great base for Hisaronu, the hotel rooms were a bit smaller than what I am used to compared to other hotels in the area, but in good condition and very clean Lots of steps so not good for people with disabilities , a great place of families

We liked the pool and the food. Also, the staff was amazing. Unfortunatly, when we arrived the sheets were dirty and there was a smell of humidity. When we reserved the pictures was pictures of renovated room. Our room wasn’t renovated at all.

Hotel in good location. Rooms in good condition. Pool was too cold in Oct, could have done with heating.

The hotel is new, in a great area with lots of restaurants and bars, yet it is quiet and comfortable.

Fabulous location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would have liked afternoon eating arrangements to be somewhere quiet rather than only by the pool which was noisy. Would also have liked tea making facilities in the room. Sewage smell in evening outside, so could not sit on balcony as planned. But overall a really good stay.

Lovely hotel and great location. Reception manager was fantastic and all other Reception staff are really helpful and nothing is too much bother for them. Room toilets could be doing with a bit of bleach down them daily. Public toilets all always clean and tidy although the showers outside the Spa area need some tender care put into them and also the changing room next to spa toilet is very cramped. We had a very enjoyable 3 wk stay at this hotel.
