Room was basic, nothing special staff was nice

10min drive to Disneyland. That is the highlight. Otherwise is new and well maintained

The public toilets for the pool had urine on the floor and toilet seat and cobwebs and spiders. The bedroom once ready had leftover KFC in the room when we checked in. When we came back from a full day at Disney at approximately 10pm the room had not been cleaned and we were just given fresh towels when asked. The breakfast was bland and very basic and enhancement to cooking expertise needed. Tables were also not readily cleaned away even though the hotel was not busy. We sat outside in the beef restaurant and again the areas around the hotel full of cobwebs and dirty floors. A good location for Disney and but not maintained

Très déçu c’est la 3eme fois que nous venons et nous avons eu une chambre sans bouilloire sans gobelet frchmt catastrophique. Nous reviendrons plus.

Good stay,and friendly staff. Just it was Sunday so we couldn’t enjoyed the restaurant.

To start with this hotel should not be considered as a 4star hotel , it is not even close to 4star, the hotel is very close to Disney land park and it is only the positive side of it , now comes the part of breakfast, i stayed there for 3 nights and everyday they were running out of food, the fruits kept were rotten and the basic fruit which is banana was neve there, juice machine had a problem dispensing orange juice so no juice , they have 2 staff who manage the breakfast area , which means you end up in long que for entrance, for refilling of empty containers , one staff was making note of the room number at entrance and was also managing the cleaning of tables for almost 50-60 rooms , one staf was managing cleaning of left overs and refilling, this took so much of time, the choice of breakfast was basic and very limited …not a 4star hotel, now comes the part of swimming poole, the poole was not working for 2 nights and the staff was even bothered,on day 3 the poole was working in the evening so had a chance to take kids for once and the staff i had on that day was helpful,honestly speaking the cost of hotel is too expensive for the service you get , i would not recommend you this if you have kids with you and want them to have a good time… but for someone who is looking for a basic hotel this is the place but too pricey

Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. If you are staying I would recommend you need a car otherwise taxis can be expensive to drop you to the closest station 5 minute drive around 13 euros and about 20 euros to get to Disney village. There’s a shopping centre close by and restaurants to save eating at Disney village which is expensive and not good quality.

Très déçus de notre séjour. Il s’agissait de notre 3ᵉ visite dans cet établissement, et jusqu’à présent nous en étions satisfaits. Malheureusement, cette expérience a été totalement gâchée. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était privatisé lors de notre venue, et notre chambre se situait juste au-dessus. Résultat : nuisances sonores importantes jusqu’à 1h30 du matin, rendant le repos impossible, malgré la présence d’enfants. Nous avons dû nous déplacer à la réception en pleine nuit pour signaler le problème. Au moment du départ, lorsque la question de notre satisfaction nous a été posée, nous avons exprimé notre mécontentement. La seule réponse apportée a été que le restaurant était privatisé, sans réelle excuse ni solution. Ce type de situation relève pourtant du bon sens : lorsqu’un espace est privatisé avec des nuisances prévisibles, il est indispensable de ne pas attribuer les chambres situées au-dessus, ou d’en informer les clients en amont. Nous regrettons ce manque d’anticipation et de considération, qui ne correspond pas au niveau de prestation attendu.
