Location is convenient, close to the train station. However, it’s right next to McDonald. The room has very high ceiling, which is good but the room was not well maintained. The trash can was broken when we got in.

Great location, right next to the train station so going to day trips along the coast is really easy, it’s also close by to a large moniprix if you want to grab any essentials. Hotel room itself is decent sized for two people, bed quality is good, breakfast nothing special. Would recommend for a weekend

It was a great location right next to the main Nice train station and very walkable to the beach and Old Town. The room was small but okay for the price and just being one person. Really no complaints, good budget friendly hotel if you're traveling solo and plan to take the train a lot or need a central location in the town!

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the place was clean. Unfortunately that’s the only positives. The communal areas were dark and dingy and the room was small with a really strange layout (the shower was just an alcove in the room so no privacy). The maintenance in the room was bad - the skirting board was bulging off the wall and also I touched a switch on the wall and it fell off completely leaving exposed wires. Breakfast buffet was truly bad and not worth the money - we arrived an hour before they stopped serving but most things had run out - no eggs or bacon and they were not replenishing. We also had to ask for plates.
