Friendly staff and clean room. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch as well.

Nagoya station is a few minutes walking. A lot of places to eat and see.

The room was clean, and the bathroom was great. Not the most stylish place but works well for anyone on a budget. It was in a nice location and I would stay there again. They offered irons and foot pillows in the lobby, which were great.

Overwhelming malodour in the room. One pillow on each bed only. Laundry room ways busy but there is a laundromat that is about 9 min walk away. A much better location to do your laundry.

Good price with complimentary breakfast

Everything very good but better upgrade those washer and dryer. We really enjoy their breakfast even though we stayed 4 nights still looking forward to enjoy the breakfast every morning. If front desk staffs understand English should much better but overall is excellent.

Wonderful place. Would recommend it highly.

+ Free breakfast with decent variety of food (given the hotel is not a big one) + Room is relatively spatial as compared to same room type in Tokyo or Osaka + Cafe until midnight is also great, especially the miso soup provided in the evening time + Good noise blocking between rooms and between bed and shower - Some walks would be required to other side of Nagoya with more food options at midnight - Air con is directly making cool onto the bed may be a minus But overall I enjoy the stay very much. Definitely will be an option for me to stay again when I travel to Nagoya!
