I like the location, customer service was good, everything else needed to be updated, older hotel , bathroom is very small, all the tiles are old and some of the tiles are cracked,

nice hotel, seemingly was once a luxurious one but now is a little bit old. The cable TV is still old-fashioned one with low resolution. Only one electrical wall socket in room!

It was pretty good. I'm quite satisfied

expensive for what it is, maybe 3 stars. could do with renovation, staff friendly and at least one on the front desk could speak English

the reception guys are nicely and friendly. View from my room is beautiful. Facilities - they are old but still great at all. Breakfast - not so many choices. Traffic - takes 10 minutes from the MRT station. convenient one!

Location is right in town and close to retail shops

The hotel itself is old. The room we stayed in was big, so that’s a plus, but it seemed like no one stayed in that room for some time and this was extremely dusty. Most facilities were outdated and not even on/used. The breakfast was the worst where the buffet selections were subpar and I even found a pubic hair in one of the dishes (stir fried cabbage). Overall, the only bright spots were the size of the room and the friendly staff. Everything else was not good. Avoid if you have other choices.
