This is not my first stay at W Muscat, and my previous experiences have generally been very positive. However, during this visit, the room service response time was noticeably slow, and in some instances, calls were not answered at all. The staff are usually exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and warm, which has always been one of the hotel’s strongest qualities. Unfortunately, this visit felt noticeably different in that regard. That said, the quality of the food remained very good, and the overall experience was still enjoyable.

Every thing about my stay was wonderful. I was checked in and out smoothly by “Mr Marshed” I think. He upgraded me to the 12th floor to a better view. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
