hotel was great, location is good. If you have a full sized SUV and US plates prepare to have your CAR STOLEN from the parking lot under the hotel. It has happened multiple times recently. This is not a hotel thing just a warning for Montreal in general.

A/C stopped working. No one came to repair. Free breakfast is woefully undersized based on the hotel occupancy. Check in required us to wait 5 minutes. We were left standing waiting for 15 minutes after check in was complete. Ridiculous.

Rooms were great - very clean and quiet for being in the downtown area. Breakfast did not have a great setup and was always extremely busy - and not much available for those with dietary restrictions. Also, the pool area was very misleading from the photos - it was very small and limited space (we could not use it during our visit). It was in a great location for exploring the city and underground parking was a bonus!

Clean room and comfortable stay. Shower pressure was good and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was crowded and average. Staff service is inconsistent.

Great stay in the perfect location for exploring Old Town Montreal! We walked everywhere and were able to enjoy the restaurants and sites with ease. The staff was super courteous, efficient, and the place was immaculate. We appreciated the in and out parking policy, although we didn't need to make use of it. Breakfast was orderly with plenty of options, and we enjoyed coffee service all day and the water filling station on the first floor. Apparently the upper floors near the rooftop bar can get NOISY, but we heard nothing in our second-floor room. Would stay again!
