Super !

This is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in. This should be one or two stars; it’s disgusting dirty with bugs crawling on the bed and floor. Huge gaps in the flooring, between planks, dirty walls, sink didn’t drain properly. Even the towels didn’t look quite clean. Remotes looked weren’t cleaned in years to make the point I didn’t want to touch it. The towel rack in bathroom was broken and towels kept falling off. This place is completely run down. Also I’ve reserved the Triple City Room and when we arrived the receptionist said we had double and then stuck as in Standard Room and kept saying that is a better room and the pictures are old. It’s better because of the view, but I didn’t want that room and wanted the modern (and nicer to me) looking room. I think really what happened is they gave our room to someone else because we arrived late (7PM) and the room wasn’t prepaid. The breakfast wasn’t very good either and my kids barely ate anything. This is not good for a family at all and for the price I paid (178 euro) absolutely not worth it. We paid for 4 star hotels in Rome. The only good thing about this place is the location and pool, but I would not recommend it.

Stayed in June 2026 for 2 nights. Best of this hotel is the views on Sienna (walkable distance to old town centre) and the pool. Although rooms, reception and breakfast hall/restaurant looked a bit dated and old style, it had fees all the comforts you might want. Also staff was very lovely and helpful. Convenient parking options and great location

Friendly staff. But the booking platform says check in at 13:30, hotel then messages on the day to say 15:00. Should make sure not to have conflicting messaging as we planned around check in time

Simply wonderful place to stay if you’re gonna go and enjoy the city of Sienna. You can walk to everything we would’ve loved to use the pool but it was a bit cold and the views from the breakfast bar were breathtaking.

We would definitely return to this property. The pool is outstanding. Staff take great care of their surroundings and making sure the guests have everything they need. It was very clean. The breakfast was very good, and catered to my coeliac family members. Short walk into the walled town, with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The beds were very comfortable.
