الفندق جميل و مريح للاعصاب و النظافه خياليه علي فندق ٣ نجوم و قريب من المترو و قريب من مطاعم عربيه كتير و المنطقه جميله جدا و قريبه من شاطئ الممزر كل شي كان جميل من تعامل الموظفين ب الاخص باسل و هوزيرو في قسم الاستقبال في قمه الادب و الاحترام و المساعده

It’s was good stay they ware under staff But they ware trying to do they best The worker his name is Mashook is the best he is in the front desk very helpful and very nice and very professional he get everything done and he helped me a lot .. thank you mashook you are the best

The shower were not working, so I complained to the reception that the shower is not working. it took longer that they promised and I kept calling and later they fix it when I went out of room I left my card in the room when I ask reception for a new Card the reception was very rude. I don’t know how these kind of people managing a hospitality business.

My family and I had an excellent experience at Studio M. The front desk staff are very professional and helpful. They treated us very well and were super attentive to our asks. The location is close to many restaurants and coffeeshops and there is a huge supermarket (NESTO) in the same building. An excellent choice for families

This place and staff were very accommodating at the beginning. They gave us a free upgrade. At the end, no one informed us that the dryer doesn’t dry. All of our clothes were soaking wet when we were checking out. The staff did nothing to help, knowing they have an industrial dryer.

Best experience we ever had. Plenty of options in the breakfast buffet. Lots of options for vegetarian people. Room Service was excellent. Check in was easy and very Friendly. Basel and Anwar at the check in counter were Amazing. We were Stuck in Dubai because of the War. General Manager Amr and 2 other Managers Ahmed and Gulzar went beyond their Way to help us out. These Guys are so nice, they were making us feeling better all the time. They were sharing the flight information with us ( which flights are departing. Rooms were very spacious and the housekeeping was amazing. Good Value for your Money. Studio M Arabian plaza is the best hotel in Dubai and the staff is even better.
