This hotel is the perfect location with a friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are prefect, clean and spacious with an added bonus of a terrace. Its a quite hotel with great amenities.

The room was big and really clean, they are in a great location, almost everything is walking distance and the staff was really helpful when we had questions.

Very clean, very centrally located

All good except no iron and internet was weak and will disconnect often.

We enjoyed our stay, family of 6. First visit to Spain. It is in a great location, walking distance to everything. Staff friendly, helpful, and accomadating. The rooms are quiet, slept well, beds comfortable, shower pressure excellent! Only thing they may want to add with stay is body lotion. There is no hair conditioner- they have shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. We had breakfast in the restaurant which was delicious & worth the money. Thank you Chic for making our first trip to Spain a great experience.

Perfect location to everything

Very clean and comfortable room, friendly service. Would recommend to travelers to Madrid.

Over priced and not very clean. Not to mention I had left my door market on to be cleaned and it never was. One of the most expensive hotels I stayed (more expensive than and few Paradors) and felt ripped off. The only positive thing was location.

The hotel is great for the price. Easy to walk to Plaza del Sol and other attractions. It is basic but large enough for two big suitcases. The attached restaurant had mediocre coffee so would be nice if the hotel offered a kettle in the room.
