There were some cleanliness issues. When we arrived, we found hair on the towels. Overall, the property was pretty mediocre. The drinks and food were below average. Not what you would expect from a Hilton. That said, the staff was very responsive and quick to address everything. Eren from guest relations in particular went above and beyond and took care of every issue we had. But overall, the room and the hotel itself were not up to Hilton standards.

Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bodrum Torba got off to a disappointing start when our room wasn't fully ready at check-in. However, what could have been a negative experience was completely turned around by the exceptional response from the hotel team.
A special thank you to Eren, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. From upgrading us to a larger room for the three of us sharing, to arranging complimentary reservations at the hotel's fantastic Italian restaurant, his dedication to guest satisfaction was outstanding.
From that moment on, everything was excellent. The service was attentive and friendly, the rooms were spotless, and all facilities were well maintained and easily accessible. We particularly enjoyed the pool area and beautiful pier beachfront.
The hotel's location is ideal, close enough to Bodrum town centre, the marina, shops, and Bodrum Castle, while still offering a peaceful and relaxing retreat.
What we loved most was the hotel's size. It offers all the facilities you need while maintaining an intimate, personalised feel. What began as a concern quickly became a memorable holiday experience.
Thank you to Eren and the entire team. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bodrum.

Our week at hotel was very relaxing. Good food great weather excellent staff who were very helpful. Wait staff work very hard but are always available for your every need. Well done Ali and Ege. Italian restaurant was excellent

Small hotel which was comfortable for a quiet get away. There was not many activities which one would expect with a resort. It is slightly outside of town but access is easy and reasonable taxi fares.The food was plentiful and average. Staff not very attentive, although peasant.Enjoyed our stay as we were looking for solitude after busy week in istanbul.

Staff very friendly and professional.
Food choice - great, good range of drinks. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable.
Balcony slightly small and many trees obscured the sea view but in high season it would be welcome shade.
Decked sunbathing areas were lovely.
Hotel not too big to get around which was nice as some all inclusive hotels in the area are very big and require lots of walking, lifts and escalators. All in all a great choice
