We were in town to see Wilco at Thompson’s Point. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that the hotel had a free shuttle service to any destination within 5 miles, including the music venue! The driver, Elton, was also a Wilco fan and drove us to and from the venue. We are from the Plains so we do not know Portland at all. This service made a huge positive difference in our stay!

The location was awesome! The games and pool table in the lobby were perfect for my teenager kids so they could stay up later and have fun. The parking was a bit odd, especially since you had to pay for it;)

There are no doors to the bathroom. The only privacy is a thin plastic 3/4 wall. There was zero privacy.

The lobby had a flood and they had fans blowing constantly so could not sit in the lobby at all, the bar was closed. Disappointing especially since the room did not have a desk so my husband had to go to another hotel lobby to do his work.
The TV internet kept going out.
The view was nice the room was nice. Unfortunatly the flood was not their fault but we were not offered anything...

Convenient to the waterfront and restaurants. Parking was expensive but it was everywhere downtown. Overall very happy with the stay.

The whole team were brilliant, but Gary was absolutely exceptional. His attention to detail and making sure every aspect of me and my partners trip was incredible. From local recommendations to helping us out with everyday bits like travel etc, he was brilliant! Give this man a raise!
