Une mention spéciale pour la jeune femme de la réception qui a été super douce, aimable et rassurante lors de mon appel avant notre arrivée et autant a notre arrivée. Ça fait plaisir d'être accueilli par une personne aussi agréable après plus de 7h de route :)

Service client inexistant, plusieurs clients n’ont pas pu accéder à leur chambre pendant plus d’1h dont moi : retour à l’hôtel à minuit, attente dans le couloir sans possibilité de faire quoi que ce soit. Le personnel n’ avait aucune solution et aucun geste n’a été fait.

Petit déjeuner honteux! Pain sec car pré découpé, pas de grille pain , mini gaufres durent comme du bois, crêpes annoncées sur le document à l’accueil mais on en voit pas la couleur Café imbuvable

The room was nice and the breakfast was good. The only real dampener of the stay was the leak in the bathroom sink and the door having to be slammed quite hard to make sure that it locked properly
