The hotel is very nice and staff are helpful and customer care is magnificent love location 3 minutes from the old town definitely I will be coming back to the same hotel

The location of this hotel is great, it is only a 7 minute walk from the old town. The room was dated with decent air conditioning. The breakfast was reasonably good. My main issue was that the curtains are described as blackout curtains but they are not. If you don't mind waking up with the sun then this hotel will work for you.

The property was clean and the air con was great after traveling through the "heat wave" and limited AC. We didn't really use any services or amenities but everything worked as expected and the room was very comfortable. The location was convenient, an easy walk through the tunnel to the old town and plenty of transport options that drop you off right outside the hotel if you don't want to walk.

Lovely hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice, spacious room and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful! Would definitely return when coming back to Salzburg.

Nice basic hotel within easy walking distance to Altstadt part of Salzburg. Bonus is on site parking. Friendly staff.
