Very nice location, close to pretty much all Tokyo parts. Great hotel and lovely staff

Great hotel!

Room and everything was great, location was a bit further away than I had hoped, but it wasn't to big of a deal.

Stayed here for last 3 years in a row. I have never had a bad experience. Relatively inexpensive and location was perfect. Typical Japanese accommodations. Only a 10,000 yen ($70) cab fair to the airport.... no handling your luggage onto the trains.

Very clean, Helpful Staff, always a joy to stay at APA.

Very clean and just walking distance to both Electric Town and Ameyoko-cho/Ueno Park. Many restaurants in the area too. Highly recommend

The hotel room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. We had a great experience and would definitely book here again next time!

Very good location although a bit loud at night. Check-in took an extremely long time. I think the staff might've been new and didn't know how to process foreign residence cards. The rooms were small but not any smaller than any other Japanese business hotel. The rooms were clean. The pillows were okay. I requested more pillows easily by phone. I felt that the fridge wasn't very cold in my room and sometimes the air from the AC had an odd smell, almost like vinegar or something.

AC has no cool only heat. Stinky room

They have clean rooms and clean rooms every three days. The staff are very helpful. Ac is regulated through the whole building. Shops are close by so its very convenient
