Thank you for a great stay.

Good location

The main problem was at check in. They have a system that scans one's body passport, which is probably a good thing… when it works. At previous APA hotels I’ve stayed at this system has never worked. When this happens, the attendant simply does what needs to be done at their terminal and all is okay. A slight delay but no big deal. Not this time. Again, as expected, the system didn’t work. The young man kept trying it, over and over. He phoned people and tried again. And again. I tried to just remain calm. But after ten minutes I was frustrated and impatient. FINALLY, he gave me a form to fill in, which I did, and he gave me my room key. Such a pain for what should be a simple problem. He needs some training.

Room was small but was clean, staff was barely there, breakfast was catered for locals.

Very convenient location

Small but efficiently organized room. Perfect for a one-night layover. Super-smooth electronic check-in.

Room is clean. 5 mins walk from Hakata Station.

The room was very clean and the staff was helpful and efficient.

Laundry was convenient. Other hotels have cheaper or free for either dryer and washer. Motsunabe breakfast and free ice cream was very good!
