Very disappointing stay. The service was poor, and the reception staff were especially unhelpful. During a time when many tourists were stranded and needed guidance or support, the staff showed little empathy and no willingness to assist. The room maintenance was also poor, with leaky sinks and toilet issues. Overall, the lack of support from reception and poor upkeep made the experience frustrating. The hotel seriously needs to improve staff responsiveness and basic maintenance standards.

It smelled so bad they tried to cover it up with air freshener. The bed sheets were visibly stained and dirty. Overall a horrible place to stay very dirty.

My search was Abu Dhabi and you give me Dubai options i lost my money !!!!!

We spent multiple hours of our day trying to find the hotel. The pin is not correct on expedia. No one cared. After about an hour we found the first pin, and then it took 2 hours to get to the proper location of the hotel. No one cared one bit. I chatted with expedia help, they said sorry, but not one took any responsibility. Hotel is safe if in a group but I would not suggest a woman to stay there alone.

Service is terrible, called more than 4 times asking for addition towel where they provided two for showers only, later they said can't provide any extra and a lot more..

Shower floor not done properly all the water went out to the living foyer

My first room had bed bugs! The staff were extremely nice and gave me a different room on a different floor. This room didn't have bugs but it was run down. Holes in the wall. Mold in the air ducts and ceiling. The shower didn't drain properly due to the floors not leveled correctly. If you have other options explore those. If not, pray you don't get any of the rooms i had.

My non smoking room reaked of smoke and AC was insanely loud

Wrong location. I booked it based on the location being in AlMuhaisna DXB. Went there but found nothing. I phoned the hotel and was told it's in AlMuraqabat, about 21km from the location mentioned in Expedia. I couldn't cancel. It's bad service and staff knew about it but nobody cared to correct it.
