Work trip, but not disappointed with my room. Very convenient and close to some good dinner options.
Breakfast was good and overall would happily return.

A wonderful stay here the gym and leisure facilities were outstanding and the room comfortable and clean. We had breakfast and really enjoyed it although it was expensive in comparison to eating out. Would recommend staying here again for exploring the city.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Krakow, Poland. The hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy throughout, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.
The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would happily return again in the future. Highly recommended!

Impressive hotel. Everything looks very modern and very well maintained. The design is very nice to the eye. Staff is super helpful and there is planty of good restaurants nearby.

The hotel is quite new and very well kept. It is a little way from the centre but not a problem as the tram takes about ten minutes to the old town approx 80p or 40p for children and older people or an uber approx £4. The breakfast is good plenty of choice . No toaster though. We had a superior room which was very big , water every day and a nespresso machine. We had grandchildren with us so used the pool a few times . The sauna and steam room area was very good as for the pool there was a few lessons going on which closed some lanes and also the children’s pool, beware of busy times . We had a drink at the hotel bar on a couple of occasions but no nibbles available , nuts , olives etc. there are a few restaurant adjoining the hotel which we used, Japanese very nice and Italian also goo and reasonable
