Terrible customer service and a confusing check in process. The room was dirty. Stains on the couch, carpet and window curtains. The bathroom had mold in the shower and leaked everywhere when using.

Facilities , dining , overall experience considerably eroded over last few years . It seems like this place is now dedicated to long stayers / like an apartment .

No front disk employee most of the time, They put up a sign that there is maintenance work from nine in the morning until six in the evening, but unfortunately the work begins before seven o’clock. We ask the receptionist for a replacement key and he hands it to us without asking for any information to confirm... in general I will not make it again…

Overall it was a pleasant stay.
I had booked a standard room through Expedia. I reached earlier than expected and tried to check-in at 12PM, but as the room wasn't ready, they requested me to come back after 2 hours. When I returned for the check-in later at night (after 10PM), they said no standard room were available and upgraded me the Junior Suite. It was a decent, spacious and clean Suite. Being a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child-6yr) i requested for an extra pillow, but i was surprised to know they DON"T HAVE EXTRA PILLOW.!! Except that, the stay was pleasant.
They had a good breakfast buffet in their restaurant as well.
