Room is clean and looks new, and in great condition. Location is OK as you need to walk just a few minutes from the train station. Price is reasonable.

Free breakfast included is unbeatable, although choices are limited, but the view at the venue is stunning. Hotel is close to JR train station with a 5 minutes walk. Parking is easy but need to be on first come first serve basis.

Location is close to the station, convenient to restaurants and a supermarket. Free breakfast is a plus, but it can be pretty crowded and fill up. Overall very good.

Small business hotel yet good to stay with small family too. Smooth check in, quick good breakfast included and very clean.

The free breakfast is on the 14th floor. It is this first Toyoko Inn I have stayed where breakfast is not served on the same floor as the front desk. This proper Had much newer style of faucet and shower controls. I enjoyed my stay here!

朝食、最高！

Visited my relatives in this cozy country-side of Japan with many rice fields; I was happy to have stayed in this new establishment that is just 4 minute walk from the train station. Very clean, very safe, wonderful staffs. Family Mart across the street and surprisingly a large Aeon department store, Game Center, and many other places literally just around the hotel all within 2-5 minutes walk! Also sooooo many amazing restaurants and isakayas surrounding the hotel. The location of this hotel is amazing! One key point about this place that I ABSOLUTELY loved was the free breakfast service with so many varieties food served in a buffet-style. The staffs there were wonderful and kind! And I HAVE TO MENTION the rice!!! The Niigata rice was available freshly cooked in their rice cooker; and that was HEAVEN! One last cool feature worth mentioning is that the time of the laundry/dryer machines are displayed in real-time on the TV screen so you won't have to keep going down to the 1st floor to check your clothes. That was a very cool feature! :)

It is a simply nice business hotel to stay.

Staff were very helpful despite our lack of Japanese linguistic skills. They were very patient.
