Amazing staff. I have stayed here numerous times over the past few years and I love the place.

Beautiful property - good breakfast and friendly staff.

Overall disappointed given prior reviews. Air conditioning in our suite was not working properly and having informed housekeeping, the conclusion was it is working! The staff at breakfast had difficulty understanding English and were not very attentive. Breakfast menu also limited compared to the hotels we have stayed at. Location of hotel is excellent.

What a great hotel! I loved it! It's right in the heart of Vientiane -- walkable to pretty much everything. And the artsy, funky interior design of the hotel was refreshing and exciting. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great -- allowing guests to order as much as they want off the menu. My room was massive and very comfortable, and I loved the rooftop infinity pool and sun decks. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend!

Charming boutique hotel with friendly staff at a very central location.

Everything was just OK. Food was not at all impressive but very comfortable bed and wonderful though cold pool. Overall it just felt dark and the decor made the building feel data, making the room rate seem a bit high. Room for improvement like umbrellas at the pool, usb chargers in rooms, ladder for pool, handrail for stairs, etc.

Hot water system needs improving Two of us (of three) had no hot water in our rooms... My bed was hard and squeaky

Staff and facilities were great. We didn’t pay for breakfast during our stay but they kindly gave it to us complimentary for each morning of our stay. Rooftop pool is gorgeous and a lovely place to relax after touring around during the day. Hotel very central to both markets and lots of places to eat around it.
