This hotel is located on a lovely spot on the canal. The view from our balcony was great. It is within 15 minute walk to the museum district. The big bathtub has been exactly so I’m talking ab was good after a long day on our feet. The staff was so helpful and the breakfasts were delicious! Do you have a form? It’s just a simpler way so it’s a form fill out next two minutes and we’ll do everything at your part so will inform you for everything so yes it’s it’s not a question. Will you get it because it’s already five hour delay you cannot land in less than three hour delay original time, unfortunately so thank you for sharing this. We’ll look at it. Exactly exactly QR code right now for a long time to do it, but don’t stress it out so read about it good information but don’t take my word for it Euv you screwed up everything

We loved the balcony room overlooking the canal we stayed in. Staff were friendly and so helpful with any questions. Stairs are steep and narrow and there is no lift which was fine for us but may not be for others. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we hoped for. Good location and fair price.

Great location and hotel

We stayed at the hotel during three nights with above normal temperatures and while the hotel advertising said there was no air conditioning, we were disappointed that we could not sleep with the windows open because there were no bug screens and mosquitoes were present in the room. The staff was excellent on check-in and went above and beyond to help us move our luggage up the staircase. On another day, a different desk person was less friendly when we requested more coffee pods for the brewing machine in the room. The location of the hotel was great for us to tour anywhere in the canal area by foot. We had an excellent view of the canal and enjoyed watching all of the activity there. The room was clean and cozy.

The staff was awesome- thank you Nora for all your help. They had happy hour for all the guests and if you can get the room with the canal view- do so. We enjoyed watching all the boats pass by, neighbors visiting and the incredible thunderstorms!

Staff was over-the-top helpful. Charming hotel. Many, many stairs, but this is Amsterdam. Great place!

A curved staircase with shallow/narrow stairs ascends steeply to upper levels. Therefore if you have bad knees/ hips or are older carrying heavier suitcases is inapproprisze if not dangerous. The staff are not always available to assist, there is no lift. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.

Great location near all museums and metro. Stairs only - very steep. TV stations very limited and only in Dutch, no English. So self stream only free wifi.

We were so happy with our accommodation. Sasha at the desk was very helpful. Morning coffee on the patio on the canal was a dream come true. We loved the “happy hour” Provided by the hotel- it was a great way to meet other guests. The room was historical, romantic and well maintained. We loved Amsterdam and would definitely stay there again.
