I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Resa La Concepción (Resa). Resa is a student residence that also functions as a hostel. My room had a twin bed, air-conditioning (important during the summer heat), private bathroom, microwave, refrigerator and a stove top. Common facilities include a study room, laundry and an indoor patio. Resa is not quite at the city center but can access a number of subway stations (Facultats is the closest) and bus line. If coming from the airport, you can take Line 3 directly to Facultats and then walk. There is a Consum supermarket nearby for food, snacks and supplies. The continental breakfast in the morning typically consists of a variety of breads, eggs, cold meats and coffee and juice. Perfectly ok with me and enough to start a day of sightseeing.

Room was lovely and within walkable distance of the city. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Had a terrace which was a real treat on a hot day. Students living in accommodation were friendly and polite.

I didn’t realize I booked a dorm room, but it was perfect. I am a solo female traveler, and I was safe. I walked everywhere. Such a convenient location.

Good price / value Except of bad smell in the room and the uncomfortable mattress, everything was excellent. Hopefully they can do something with these two issues and I'll return to this student accomodation in the future.

It is in a convenient place if you are visiting Valencia . It is quite close to the university and not so far from the Cathedral. It has everything what you need although the room was small.
