Malgré le charme que cet hôtel comporte, le service est inexistant, du personnel partout, mais inactif et inefficace.
Piscine à l'abandon, pas de produits basiques dans les chambres, tel le savon, shampoing, papier toilette... il faut constamment réclamer, et c'est pas gagné... on se demande vraiment s'il y a un pilote dans l'avion...

Le lieu est très joli, décoré avec goût. C'est un oasis de fraicheur et de verdure au milieu d'Abidjan. Petit déjeuner correct.
Cependant, les chambres sont vraiment défraîchies. Elles méritent une grosse rénovation.
La clim est à peine fonctionnelle et ne refroidit presque pas.
Pas de rideau de douche, pas de tapis de bain. Odeur de tabac froid. Plusieurs prises ne fonctionnent pas.
Suite à la pluie, la piscine n'a pas été nettoyée donc elle était pleine de petite bestioles et de feuilles.
Pendant les grosses pluies, la télé pourrait dépanner mais il n'y a pas de chaine dispo.

The Front desk attendant tells you to scan a QR code to check-in, then stands there and watches you do all the work.
The room had windows that you couldn't close, people could walk by and see directly into the bathroom/shower. I wouldn't recommend.

The accommodation served my purpose of stay.
I liked the green. It should be maintained more.
They do not provide sandles/slippers in the bathroom. To me, this was weird.

I booked this hotel because it looked like a rustic, homey place to stay. Unfortunately, my hotel room had endless mosquitos. I asked the front desk for towels 3 times and did not get them until a few days later. The restaurant staff was incredibly rude, especially if you don't speak French. The front desk also assured me multiple times that they would bring water to my room, and never did. Basically the coffee maker was just a nice decoration. Fridge was warm too. Overall, not really a charming place to stay like I thought it would be -- in fact I was so excited to leave.

Property was a bit ramshacled and in need of repair. My room specifically was
-toilet seat and cover was broken
-bathroom floor was flooding everytime one showerz
-no soap to clean your hands
-no toiletries (i.e toothbrush, etc.)
-the curtains were damp, I got a cold the next morning
-breakfast not good and no variety
The only good side of the hotel is the good service, especially the day staff during the weekday
