This wasn't just a hotel, this was an entire experience! From the moment we walked in to this beautiful hotel, we were asked to remove our shoes. Love the fact that it was always clean. Rooms are very spacious with beautiful bedding. A great shower with tremendous water pressure. Extremely clean in the room and bathroom. Wonderful amenities in the bathroom. Comfy pjs that can be worn throughout the hotel, in the lobby, in the breakfast room and to the onsen. The location is excellent. Breakfast is wonderful ... sushi bowl, tempura shrimp, eel and veg, miso soup, fruit, sweets, plus many, many more offerings! Excellent service throughout this terrific property. Five star!

あの、、言いにくいのですが、、朝食の受付の男性の衣類がとても臭く、食事の場所に配置してはいけませんね

I loved the baths and sauna on the 3rd floor. Best part of the stay, including the complimentary morning milky refreshment and the evening ice cream. Centrally located; fun to remove shoes.

We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again! Amazing hotel, wonderful staff, and great location in the city. For those reading this review, please note that no bathing suits are permitted in the onsen (noting in case it's helpful for anyone) :)

Warm and very help staff, Laundry is helping

The breakfast was exceptional. The best Japanese breakfast at any hotel we’ve stayed at with sashimi, shrimp tempura and so many other wonderful dishes. I liked the ice cream which they offered gratis and the soba noodles at night. It had tatami mats like a Japanese inn but with all the modern conveniences. The tattoo restrictions are strict at this hotel.

Onsen was so nice. We enjoyed it very much. We can eat ice candies at night and drink probiotic drinks in the morning after bathing.
