No air conditioning

It was very close to the train station and the breakfast was wonderful. We stayed 3 nights.

No ventilation, no AC, dirty, room not prepared for guests, not in a good area.

The price is right and the staff is great. I am not the average gal who would stay there but it was close to the SBahn and my son’s apartment. Most of the time it was chill but some of the gals in their late teens and early twenties have no clue about quiet hours. Some other guest told them to shut up and that worked. I had a good room for less than 42€ including city tax. The staff is great and very professional.

A&O Hostel Frankfurt exceeded all my expectations! I have never stayed in a hostel this good before. Everything was excellent—from the clean and comfortable rooms to the friendly and helpful staff. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I felt at home throughout my stay. The location in Frankfurt, Germany, is perfect, with easy access to public transportation, making it convenient to explore the city and travel to other destinations. I highly recommend A&O Hostel Frankfurt to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and enjoyable place to stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Location was fair. The room was basically as expected and we enjoyed how close it was to a public transportation station.

Good for the price i guess- but i guess housekeeping should be done more often. Lots of towels strewn around the sleeping area

Charging points do not work, cleaning poor for bath toilets.

I’m aware this is a cheap option and the expectations have to be according. However, I’ve been in other a&o for the same price, and this one felt more neglected. But I mean,

I didn't opt for the breakfast. This hostel is safe and secure. Staff are friendly and helpful. Dorm rooms are cheap with good facilities. Location OK. Good transport links to city centre.
