Zaccuzi was great, rooms are very big and location is close to downtown.

The room itself was vey luxurious and spacious. The shower room was massive and the jetted tub was the largest we ever had in any hotel room. The staff were friendly. We stayed 2 nights and had our room cleaned after the 1st night. There were supplied toiletires that were provided but the cleaning staff threw them out and didn't replace them. We traveled with 3 people but they only left 2 towels. The bed was so hard that we woke up with sore backs.

Very elegant, traditional customer service in Japanese style, and you can easy to communicate with their team.Highly recommend

Wonderful. Quiet. Plenty of parking. Larger than normal rooms which was a plus. Hot tub style bathtub. Clean. Comfortable. Would stay again for sure

Positive: easy and free car parking, room size, free drinks, in room supplies, love hotel style bath tub Negative: bed too soft, power socket not enough

The hotel room was comfortable and modern. It is at the edge of the downtown area but is accessible by transit. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we would stay again if in the area.

I wouldn't consider this place clean comparing to other places I stayed in Japan

Beautiful hotel

Room is large and the jacuzzi is a nice touch. Excellent value for price.

The room size was HUGE. Rooms were spotless. Reception smelt like fresh zest. Free drinks in the reception was nice
