Beautiful hotel and very kind staff.
There was an issue with the a/c making a noise but they addressed it promptly by calling out a technician.
The location is a few blocks into the historical centre, and requires walking on a busy road, but once you’re inside, it’s like a sanctuary. Price was good for level of service and hotel, beds quite comfortable.

The hotel is located only two blocks from the park and about 20 minutes walk from the main attractions of Oaxaca. The breakfast was okay but no coffee refills were offered. Lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel arranged a taxi to take us to the airport which was appreciated.

最高 Location is excellent, walked to the main tourist areas is about 20 minutes and also restaurants nearby. The room is very clean and cozy, and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful to show us how to get to some local areas, Victoria, Nellie, Sr. Carlos, Sr. Daniel (front staff) Sr. Leticia (cook) Tete (housekeeping) were kind, friendly and helpful as well.
We had breakfast every morning, tried different dishes and they were all delicious.
