I have stay there before -- they are very helpful - but the room is not to clean - I had executive room- bedroom carpeting floor - they did not vacuum at all days I was there ! I ask the cleaner gentleman to vacuum, allergy to dust!! never clean!!

Very nice hotel. Big room, big bed, nice big washroom sink and clean shower.
The private jaccuzzi was amazing after a long day outside. The rooftop is amazing too.
Staff very helpful. Breakfast place is nice.
Strongly recommend. Location close to everything downtown.

Excelente hotel y servicio. Las habitaciones muy limpias y agradables. Al principio estuvimos un pequeño inconveniente pero inmediatamente lo solucionaron y nos brindaron un servicio de primera. Definitivamente los recomiendo 100%

We liked everything about the hotel. It is located in the Mira Flores district and very walkable to cafes, restaurants, Larco Mar beach area, Kennedy Park, and shopping areas. All staff members were friendly, pleasant, and helpful in every way possible. The night of the Super Bowl, they kindly turned on the game for us (a tour group of 40 people) in their Murano Restaurant and Lounge Bar and extended their hours there by one extra hour so we could all watch the game.
An area of much needed improvement: their breakfast buffet was not good. The food and coffee were consistently cold every morning we ate there.
