Breakfast was fresh. Our Swiss born hostess was very friendly and accommodating-accessible.Room heat was excellent

Room was very clean and speciou, staff were very friendly and provided us a good breakfast.

Nice location a 3-4 kms from centre of Franz Josef with a country feel. Was very quiet and staff were very helpful. Room was clean and modern. Some more LED lights in ceilings would be handy. Condensation “crying windows” need addressing. Good continental breakfast each morning was provided. Shuttle service to and from some restaurants in Franz Josef was extremely welcomed. All in all a very modern and well maintained motel with very accommodating staff.

Room, was clean, no ac, but didn't really need it. Included breakfast was a little lighter than expected.

Angela and Thomas were excellent hosts going the second mile for us and their guests. The property is high quality and well furnished and welcoming. The location, landscaping, and environment was wonderful. They have a very good nutritious breakfast each morning in a scenic breakfast space. It was a quiet place with great views away from the hustle and bustle. Didn’t hear any helicopters! Angela and staff were friendly and helpful to make our stay very pleasant. The continental breakfast was very pleasant with a coffee machine with various choices, teas, juice and cereals and yogurt. Small platter of ham, cheese and hard boiled eggs was offered along with a small pastry. A great place to stay for a couple of days.

Beautiful spot, room was spaziosa and well appointed. Enjoyed our stay.
