The swimming pool was a favorite with the kids. The bathroom floors could have been cleaner

There was not much to like my husband and grandson stayed her overnight and thought they would be staying in a hotel however it was actually a motel the side of the property. The room was number 50 and it was very very grubby, the carpet had stains all over it and the bathroom was not cleaned properly there was a lot of calciumn deposits on the bottom of the walls/floor. The toilet was running constantly and then having to fill its cystern up when empty, Whilst you cant help who books in it seemed to attract a particular type of clientelle and obviously the walls were very thin. The other major item was the pool my grandson and husband were looking forward to using it only to find it was NOT heated, so in all the pictures on the web are quite misleading. It bills as a 4 star hotel and from what my husband tells me it was nowhere near that. He did say the staff were very friendly. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Good location and a clean spacious room. Bouncy mattress rather uncomfortable and aircon was not efficiently working.

Very very rude manager and staff was not informed about the brown water and after 45 minutes it still ran brown on

Have stayed here many times and can’t fault it. Very good hotel, clean, good furnishings, rooms well equipped, beds comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Nice view of the ocean even on the balcony from city side. Very quiet and relaxing stay.

Actual health concerns regarding the mould in the bathrooms. Can’t be healthy being around this kind of bacteria. The rooms are far noisier than preferred. You’ll hear your neighbour snoring and anyone wheeling baggage in or out at all hours. The staff at reception was top quality and the only nice thing about this accomodation.

Reception staff very professional and friendly. Facilities old and tired. Chipped furniture, stained carpets and very badly stained duvet with no cover. No Smart TV which was really disappointing for such a large hotel. Overall a negative experience therefore not recommended.

Rooms comfortable. Choose the balcony rooms as the others are facing the indoor pool and are a little less private. Laundry was excellent and free to use. Breakfast was lovely.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were excellent, the location was convenient, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others.
