Apart from a few items on the carpet which suggested incomplete vacuuming and some difficulty filling the kettle (awkward with the tap system) no complaints at all. Large room, wide single beds, plenty of storage and well stocked bathroom, complete with a bath which I hadn't expected.
Check in was straightforward and hotel grounds were very well maintained and attractive.

Staff were not great at this hotel. Weren’t overly helpful with my wife and children in the morning when locked out of room.

Friendly welcome at reception, room had recently been refurbished to a high standard. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep.
Hotel is clean and modern with a great fitness centre. The pool was decent and there’s also a good sauna
Breakfast was a very good buffet and we sat out on the sunny terrace to eat.
A great stay while my son was training at the football centre, would definitely stay again.

Perfect hotel in a great location but it is the staff which takes this to a new level. The staff actually care and are empowered to just fix things. They are experienced and professional enough to make the stay exceptional. I stay in hotels every week and this is the best in Europe.

We had a fantastic stay at St. George’s Park Hilton Hotel. The hotel is beautifully presented, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent facilities throughout. The staff were friendly, professional, and couldn’t do enough to help, which made the whole experience feel really welcoming.
The rooms were spacious and well-kept, the food was lovely, and the location is stunning. Everything felt relaxed, high-quality, and well organised from start to finish.
Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Very pleased with the hotel but could do with upgrading the rooms with usb ports, still got Ethernet cable! Who has used that method in the last 20 years?
