少しがっかり家族と滞在
My sister had almost $1,000 between Euros & US dollars stolen out of her suitcase in the room. The zipper inside the suitcase was broken and the money was taken.
Also, the guy who works in the restaurant for breakfast on the weekend days gave the worst customer service we have ever had at a hotel. He was too busy smoking and drinking coffee behind the door to the kitchen to keep the food areas updated and clean off the dirty tables so there were places for the new customers to sit.
The rooms were nice and most of the staff were helpful but there are obviously two people who should not be working there.
This was the first time my sister had visited Europe and it is sad someone there stole her money.

Great and friendly service. The room was nice, but put-off from carpet. Did not feel comfortable to walk in. Worn-out.
Nevertheless, room was clean and for one night to crush was fine.

Very convenient to the main road but in a very quiet location - The only downside is the lack of restaurant for dinner but the nearby Italian restaurant is excellent and worth the walk/cycle/taxi.

Good bus service into Nantes every 20 mins. Comfortable bed and staff extremely helpful. Quiet area surrounded by green spaces.

Everything good. I loitered too long in the city and they had to call to find out what time I would arrive and, as I didn't respond, no one was there when I showed up. I had to call. After that, everything was smooth smooth smooth. And the room was good. Could have used a better selection of teas in the room and more cookies

Our stay was really amazing. The staff was very kind during check-in and check-out. We even left our bags and collected them later. The stay was really peaceful and the rooms were very spacious. I highly recommend.

Lovely olde worlde property situated in peaceful parkland. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was well worth visiting.
