Feels a bit tired and past its prime. Staff was reasonably good, although a bit strange. A/C was broken in my room which made it impossible to sleep. The rooms suffered from deferred maintenance.

It’s a pleasant hotel with nice staff but the room was very warm and the AC feeble. And when I asked them to do something about the shower which was either hot or very hot the staff moved the knob but the result was the same. On a cool day it is better as I have stayed before.

Great central location (and very quiet!). Lovely room with all the amenities, with a great rainfall shower. Toiletries also smell great. Staff were helpful and kind - allowed early check in and watered me (as it was very hot in London). Gladly, the room air-con worked well.

We stayed at the Marrable for a week and generally found it a very well-run and well-located hotel. Our executive queen room was quite small, but serviceable. We opted for housekeeping every other day, which we would not repeat in such close quarters. Front desk available 24 hours/day and very helpful and responsive when needed. Bathroom very nice, excellent hot water pressure and toiletries, quality towels and robes. We did not need AC during our stay but the in-room thermostat did not appear to be adjustable. Windows operable, which we enjoyed despite some street noise when open. Gazette restaurant next door is very good, though the bar does not stay open late. Cafes right across the street for quick coffee and light breakfast. We’d go back, but maybe would spring for a larger room!

The hotel was great, well located, nice sized room with comfortable bed and brilliant shower. Very good breakfast - what was available was more than expected and very tasty! Only downside was some noise from the plumbing during the night but we would definitely stay again!

Clean and spacious delux queen room. However the safe deposit box in the room was not working.

I stayed four nights.. Front Desk was not very friendly, seemed a bit annoyed to check me in. short answers, no smile. Didn't acknoledge me coming in our going. Four nights, they cleaned the room / changed linen on day 3, not Day 2 as I asked when they told me they would only do it every other day. I long for the days when nice hotels at least changed linen / swapped towels on time.
