Big disappointment doesn't worth 10$
1st the photos posted at the website shows a beach and the description say white sand beach. When we asked where is the beach they said oh sorry that's our partnership hotel. Then why you have it added to this hotel.
2nd I booked a king size bed room. I got a a small bed size in a room that looks like a storage. I asked for king size bed. I got a queen bed after 1 hour and 30 min of my check in.
3rd all hallway in both floors that we changed smells sewage or drainage.
If there is 0 STAR rating that's what they deserve.

Excellent room with a seperate lounge area. Didnt have to sit on bed to watch tv. Staff were excellent. Out the front door and you are at Stop 34 on the Metro. Highly recommended.

Ramadan at the front desk was very helpful, professional and respectful. The entire team ensured my stay was perfect, additionally, they always reward loyalty with free room upgrades when available.

Professional staff, always ready to assist. Breakfast was good, April and her kitchen team made sure your breakfast is ready to be served. House keeping always cleaning and dressing bed. Concierge always on stand-by for services. Front desk well professionally dressed and well respected and friendly. Robert at Front desk was exceptional, the rest were fantastic. Property location is less than 50 metres to Dubai metro which makes your movement very easy. The red line trains connect you to the green and orange(tram) lines. Value for the money. Don't skip this hotel and make a reservation somewhere else after reading this comment. Definitely coming back🙏
