I would have rated the property all five stars except the carpet in our room definitely needs replacing, had some cigarette burns and was well worn. Other than that the property was in excellent shape. I would definitely recommend

Situated in an excellent location within walking distance to restaurants and market. Minutes walking to the bridge to take pics of Eiffel Tower. Shower glass panel not wide enough to cover water from splashing on floor. Front desk made mistakes by giving key access to another room that was being occupied and scared both of us. Front desk also gave my room keys to my friend's family where hotel asked me to pay city tax again while checking out. Perhaps needs more Front desk training.

The staff was extremely helpful.

I always choose this hotel for my business trip in Paris! Everything is perfect and excellent! Only weaknesses are rising rate and lack of refrigerator in the room.

Nice and clean, good aircon. Shower was a bit naff and breakfast nowhere near worth the price. But staff were all lovely and even let us keep our luggage there until we were leaving for the airport

Breakfast is soso. Staff is ok but not great.

The hotel staffs were friendly and accommodating. They provided good service. The food was okay. The room was clean and spacious. Would recommend.

Location is ok but not that great, we took Uber most of the time because it’s quite far from the metro stations. I like that it’s close to many nice restaurants. Great buffet breakfast. Did not like the shower situation, no enclosure, had to deal with the flooding of water after showers.
