少しがっかり Was told to pay 7623 JPY during checkout for an outstanding buffet dinner on the 11/02/2026 which I have already paid on that day. I tried to use my bank app to check but unfortunately the app has loading issues due to network. In the end I managed to find the payments

Room is very tired and the bedding had stains. The facilities are all very tired and in need of a refresh.
Staff were doing the best they could among the ocean of tour groups.

Amazing price for our room and two meals! We stayed one night, with dinner and breakfast included at an amazing price, we were so impressed. The fact that you get free drinks at check in and with dinner is incredible given the rates in low season. Amazing deal!
Please keep in mind that you really need your own transport to stay here. The hotel is off by itself, with great views, but nothing immediately nearby.

The room has old furnitures and bath fixtures but big with a table and sofa loveseat added. The bathroom has a urine smell but looks clean.

Mass tourism hotel with mass catering buffet so crammed it fills three banquet rooms and a spill over area. No bar. Limited dinner (no option to book for either night we stayed), no room service option and miles from nearest restaurant, so car needed as not actually in Amanohashidate but round the bay in an isolated spot all on its own. Hugely crowded pool. Japanese style room was basic - futons were expected but not to have to make them up ourselves. Clean and safe but would avoid and look for other options if possible.
