Unfortunately this apartment wasn’t particularly clean. The kitchen floor, bathroom floor and the dishwasher front all require a really good clean. The carpet was very badly stained. The whole apartment is in dire need of a refresh. We booked a one bedroom apartment and were given an “upgrade” to a two bedroom apartment which had a notice on the second bedroom and bathroom indicating that they were not to be used. Very strange! Not planning a return visit.

We have stayed many times over the years and it has maintained an excellent experience. Highly recommended, close to so much and Port Stephens is a great location with many options for all

Very old property, but neat and clean. Pools are not heated, so they are impossible to use during non-summer months. Nothing exceptional about this property, just average.

Would reccommend placing a hand rail in the bathroom next to shower/bath! Felt like I was going to fall down when getting into and out of the shower/bath! If you are short it is a big hazard, would reccomend the property looking into this as it is very easy to fall down :(

The room was grotty with dirty walls, door handles and overall a grubby feel. They wanted us to park in a carpark that was attached to another building not in the building we were staying in which would have been difficult with luggage as you would have to trek across the property to get to the other building! Lucky it was raining and they found us a carpark in the building we were staying in - that seems like a given to me! The bathrooms were dirty, the walls needed a good clean and the carpet was yuck. The towels were on their last thread and you had to pay per beach towel which I thought should have stated previously. Very disappointed in this stay. I didn't save the photos I took but have a couple from the dirty utensils in the kitchen and d terrible state of the washing machine and dryer! your clothes would have been cleaner not going in them! Very disappointed in this stay.

The carpet can be kept bit more cleaner. Late check in wasn’t a good experience even after informing the time we will arrive. The code was sent wrongly and we were stuck outside the gate with kids. The support call mentioned in the message or display didn’t not pick the call at all. Luckily we got help from the maintenance guy who was around.

Location was great. Cleanliness of apartment very poor.

Love staying there.3rd time now.Close to everything and has all that we need. Staff are helpful and friendly

Large unit with everything to make the stay excellent. Great position. Walking distance to shops and club. Clean and very spacious

The place was clean, location was perfect and staff are very helpful and friendly. Parking was great. But I believe that some appliances need replacement then it would be great place.
