The pictures certainly made the place look better than it was. Difficult to find, they need to provide instruction for getting there. Paid extra for breakfast which was a slip of paper to go to the cafe on street for one hot beverage and one pastry.
Check in was difficult as no English was spoken, I understand foreign country but it was difficult and probably could have had better experience if there was pre instructions.
Road noise was also there all night and air conditioning was iffy sadly.

The host ensured we clearly understood how the key system worked when we arrived. Following his instructions, we didn't have any problems accessing the propery. The room was spacious and well laid out. It was lovely to sit by the open window and have breakfast. There was a lift to help get the luggage to the room. The staff in the bar in the morning were friendly and helpful.

My second stayed here and Francesco greeted me . Checkin was very easy . Really enjoyed my stay the bed was extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was very welcomed. The only addition for guest ( and this a suggestion not a complaint ) in terms of amenities would be an iron and ironing board . Would not hesitate to stay here again and totally recommend.

Our room was lovely and very well appointed. Close to shops, restaurants and the Reggia di Caserta, walkable everywhere. What we didn’t care for was the lady at check in. The parking situation was a little chaotic and while we were trying to get settled in our room briefly she was rushing us to move the car. Then she told us we had to be out by 9am the next day when check out was supposed to be 10. Aside from her the room was fantastic!

Great location for central Caserta , the room was huge and spotlessly clean l. The bed made for a comfortable nights sleep . Host was really welcoming and I would not hesitate to book here again as well as recommend to others
